Ross & Associates Environmental Consulting, Ltd.

Ross & Associates has provided support to the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. We managed multiple workgroups to develop recommendations for Advisory Committees and the Governor’s Subcabinet on Climate Change. We developed materials for, convened, and facilitated groups consisting of industry and not-for-profit interests, native representatives, and state, local, and federal agencies. Ross & Associates extensively reviewed Alaska data, activities, background studies, and efforts in other parts of the nation to assist in drafting and finalizing strategies for Alaska leaders to consider in both mitigating and adapting to climate change. After submission to the Advisory Committees, Ross & Associates was contracted to assist in drafting the final mitigation recommendations for the Governor’s Subcabinet.
