Anna Williams
Senior Associate
Anna Williams has worked since 1989 to address complex environmental challenges. Since she joined Ross & Associates in 2001, Anna’s work has spanned stakeholder involvement and facilitation, environmental program evaluation, environmental indicator and performance measure development, and strategic information management. Her recent work has focused on conducting formal evaluations, including a five-year evaluation of the ClimateWorks Foundation, a global climate change philanthropy, and leading several evaluations of EPA programs. She also works on improving state-EPA collaboration, strategic planning, and performance measurement. Anna has master’s degrees in environmental management and public policy from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Colorado College. She also lived and worked in the former Soviet Union for two years during the mid 1990s.
In her free time, Anna spends time outdoors with her husband and two sons and works on making progress toward her family’s “green” home reconstruction project.
