Ross & Associates Environmental Consulting, Ltd.

Ross & Associates helped clarify business needs, define information management system requirements, and prototype information management practices for the Association of State and Territorial Solid Waste Management Officials (ASTSWMO), a non-profit organization that works to promote effective state waste management programs and influence national waste management policies. In Phase I of this effort, Ross & Associates identified member priorities, assessed current information sharing systems, and explored options for connecting members to each other and to relevant information. In Phase II, using options identified in Phase I, Ross & Associates helped ASTSWMO identify an implementation path of candidate solutions to meet its needs and budget.
