Louis Sweeny joined Ross and Associates in 1997. He brings a unique combination of skills, particularly related to information management, environmental issues, EPA policies and programs, and the interaction of these subjects. Louis draws on both his direct experience working with corporate environmental information systems and his knowledge of major information technology capabilities and trends, especially in the areas of systems integration and the Internet.
