Lydia Dobrovolny

Lydia Dobrovolny joined Ross & Associates in 2006 after completing a master’s degree in science, technology, and environmental policy at the University of Minnesota. Her recent work includes the development and implementation of state-level policies to address climate change, and the management and use of environmental information. Lydia’s professional interests focus on the nexus between science, government, and society in the areas of energy, ecology, and climate change. Lydia has a bachelor’s degree in biology, and experience in private, non-profit, and academic settings, including two years living and working in southern Japan.
