Measures and Indicators

Effective measurement of work performance and environmental conditions is essential to understanding whether efforts are achieving desired results. Ross & Associates helps clients address a wide range of needs surrounding performance measurement, including the identification of strategic performance goals, objectives, and targets; and development of environmental indicators including both activity measures (e.g., outputs) and results measures (e.g., outcomes). We also help our clients to develop performance benchmarks and track performance over time against identified baseline information. For many projects, our work on performance measures is integrated into our broader project objectives.
