Framework for Washington State Climate Change Mitigation Plan

Description:	Ross and Associates is supporting the state of Washington in putting together a potential plan for reducing the impacts of global warming. The project consists of assisting the State select a set of actions that furthers the goal of climate stabilization, creating a framework to present those actions that unifies various important policy and program perspectives and identifies the messages and actions that the Governor might deliver and/or undertake to support implementation over the next few years. Specifically, Ross & Associates will prepare for, facilitate and follow-up meeting(s) between various state agencies and other stakeholders. The meetings will engage the views of all parties, focus discussion on the outcomes needed for success, provide a synthesis of actions and strategic vision that can move forward to the Governor, and ensure that follow-up activities are clearly identified and assigned to the appropriate party for action.
