Rob Willis joined Ross & Associates in 2001 after graduating from the University of Washington with a master’s degree in urban planning. Currently he is working with a consortium of states, tribes, and the US EPA responsible for the governance of the National Environmental Information Exchange Network (www.exchangenetwork.net). As part of this work he is managing a State/Federal collaborative process designing how greenhouse gas information can be collected and exchanged to meet the data needs of mandatory and voluntary climate change efforts afoot across the country.
In his spare time, Rob likes to hang out with Aley (his wife), Max (his son), Elvis (his bloodhound), and Mike (his identical twin). He enjoys yoga, hiking, travelling, and eating.
