This webpage provides access to Ross & Associates’ web conferencing services, which are referred to as either GoToMeetings or GoToWebinars. If you know your meeting ID number, please click here to join your meeting now and enter your meeting number when prompted. If you are new to Ross & Associates’ web conferencing, there are further instructions below.

GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar can run on a variety of internet browsers including Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. However, you may be required to download software to run the meeting, which typically takes fewer than five minutes. 

GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar can run on both PCs and Macs. 

For PCs, you must use:

• Internet Explorer 5.0 or above OR
• Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or above

 

To enter a web conference, click the link above and enter the meeting ID number which was provided to you. You should have received this meeting ID number in an e-mail from a Ross & Associates staff member, or as an automatic mailing from an address ending in @citrixonline.com. If you have not received an email, it is possible that the message went to your spam box, so please check your filtering software.

Alternatively, you may have received an e-mail from a Ross & Associates staff member that contained a direct link to your meeting. If so, simply click the link provided. In this case you will not be prompted to enter a meeting ID number.

You will not be allowed to join the meeting until the Ross & Associates meeting organizer officially starts the web conference. If you attempt to join early, a screen will pop up letting you know that the system is “waiting for the meeting organizer.” Please leave this window open until the meeting is started.

When the meeting organizer starts the meeting, you will be prompted to enter your name, e-mail address, and/or other contact information. This information is used for tracking meeting attendance. 

The e-mail you received also contains the conference line number and access code for your meeting. Please remember that the access code for the conference line may be different than the meeting ID number used to enter the online portion of the web conference.
